NORTH PORT, Fla. (SNN TV) – North Port residents have until Tuesday to register for the annual Adopt-N-Shop.
The Adopt-N-Shop program is part of North Port’s Home for the Holidays program. Families who are registered with the program can select to be adopted by individuals, organizations, or businesses.
Their information – names, children’s names and ages, gift preferences, and more – is provided to the adopter. Adopters then go shopping, wrap gifts, and supply goods to their adoptees. Families will have to provide proof of residency and income eligibility to be part of it.
You can adopt as many families as you’d like. If you’d like to register, you can register here by Oct. 31.
