SARASOTA COUNTY (WSNN) – Suncoast students are dancing their way into Parkinson’s Awareness Month.
New College of Florida kicks off its third annual Dance for Parkinson’s event, Thursday.
The students are collaborating with Sarasota Contemporary Dance and Parkinson Place.
More than 40 people participated in the kick-off event. It consisted of choreography and some student and teacher spotlights.
Fast forward to the performance then people are spotlighted toward the end
Anyone can participate, and the rest of the events go through April 14th.
