MANATEE COUNTY (WSNN) – Hundreds came out to Carl Reynolds Law’s 10th annual Christmas party and food drive.
Saturday afternoon, more than 300 people came out to the law firm’s Bradenton location to enjoy the event.
There was free food, a petting zoo with all sorts of animals including a ‘unicorn,’ fun music with a DJ and the Manatee County High School drumline, and many other activities.
The goal of the event is to about five fill barrels of food for the Meals on Wheels Plus of Manatee.
“We’ve got too many folks here who don’t have enough to eat, especially this time of year,” Carl Reynolds said. “This means everything to me. This is why we’re part of the community. This community has given so much to me and my family and we’re just excited to give back a little bit, have this party so that they can get to know myself and others in my law firm in a different setting.”
So not only was it a fun party to kick of the holiday season, but it’s all for a good cause.
