NORTH PORT (SNN-TV) – CoolToday Park, the Spring Training Home of the Atlanta Braves, announce they’ll be hosting a World Champions Welcome Weekend event, slated for February 19th and 20th.
This event will celebrate the Braves’ World Series win as they return to North Port for the 2022 Spring Training season.
This event is happening regardless of the lockout status, but there is no guarantee that current Braves players will be present for the event.
The two-day celebration will include various, free, family activities from 11a.m. to 3p.m. each day, followed by a ticketed concert each evening.
The activities including, autograph signings by Braves legends and a Budweiser Clydesdale parade, will take place on the plaza out front, as well as inside the stadium.
